Saturday:

9am- 10:30am | Arrival and check in / camper set up

10:30am- 11:00am | Introduction and Welcome tea service

11:00am - 12:00pm | Introduction to meditation led by Rachael

12:00pm - 1:30pm |  Lunch/ Free time 

1:30pm- 2:30pm |  Mindful walk in forest / Forest bathing with Andrew & Rachael

2:30pm - 3:00pm |  Journey led by Andrew

3:00pm - 4:00pm |  Integration and Journaling 

4:00pm - 4:30pm | Light restorative yoga led by Andrew

4:30pm- 5:00pm |  Free time / Day pass holder departures

5:00pm-6:30pm | Dinner

6:30pm- 7:30pm |  Free time 

7:30pm - 8:30pm |  Sound healing 

8:30pm - 10:00pm |  Fire Ceremony and closing 

10:00pm |  Campers free to return to tents or remain by the fire.

Sunday:

8:00am-930am | Coffee, Tea & light breakfast 

11:00am | Campers depart
