Story

RopaNa is a Sanskrit word for "to heal oneself". We've always been passionate about helping others, but we officially began our journey to help others cultivate wellness within in 2017 with our hemp wellness company, RopaNa Wellness. We believe taking care of your mind, body and spirit through self-care is a huge part of wellness and healing.

(NOUN): THE PRACTICE OF IMMERSING ONESELF IN NATURE.  

Studies have shown that Forest Bathing can be a important tool to improve overall health. It has been proven to boost immunity, reduce stress and enhance overall well-being by harnessing the healing power of trees and the natural environment.

Meditation Facilitator

Rachael is a certified Molecular Biologist and Chopra certified meditation instructor. She is passionate about the environment, animals, & empowering others to heal themselves naturally. She uses her unique blend of scientific knowledge and understanding of the practice meditation to  create a transformative experience that seamlessly bridges the gap between empirical knowledge and inner exploration.

Andrew is deeply passionate about helping others through exploring the mind-body connection and healing effects of sound. He is a certified primordial sound meditation instructor and Sivananda yoga teacher.  He currently studies with a Nepalese Jhankri lineage holder Bhola Banstola. Through these various practices he hopes to help to facilitate reconnecting with the elements of nature to heal ourselves and the environment.
