Sound Bath Sunday

Experience a healing evening of breathwork, guided meditation and sound to rejuvenate/relax the mind, body and soul. Andrew is a certified Sivananda Yoga teacher and Primordial Sound Meditation instructor, who will help you set an intention for the event, then facilitate restorative breathwork to prepare your mind for meditation. Rachael is a certified Primordial Sound Meditation instructor and wellness advocate. She will guide you through a short meditation to help get your mind into a relaxed state to receive the healing vibrations from Tony’s Sound Bath. Tony has a deep understanding of sound healing modalities and is professionally trained in playing the gong and other percussion. In addition to the gong, he has a collection of unique and powerful sound healing instruments & has been curating sound experiences for years. His soundscapes are an otherworldly journey through the vibrations of time and space.
