About the event

Join Andrew on a journey into the ancient practice of primordial sound meditation. This unique style of meditation uses sound in the form of mantras to bring the mind into a deeply relaxed and healing state. This particular style of meditation has been well documented in its positive effects on the body, mind and soul both historically and with modern science. We will discuss these mental, physical and spiritual benefits of a meditation practice and learn how to implement them into an accessible daily practice. A daily practice of meditation continues to be a truly life changing experience for people all over the world and it is as simple as making a choice to start. All are welcome and this class is pay what you can afford with a minimum of $5 to help cover the cost of the space. Andrew is a certified Sivananda Yoga Teacher and Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor. He is passionate about helping others to realize their true nature and reconnecting to nature through creating plant medicines, gardening, hiking and foraging.
